I chose Learner because I’m constantly drawn to new ideas and skills. In school and work, I’m the person who volunteers to figure out how something works and then share it with others. Learning itself feels energizing, and it shows up in the way I seek out tutorials, ask questions, and enjoy being in environments where growth is expected.
Maximizer fits me because I rarely settle for “good enough.” When I’m working on a project, I naturally look for ways to polish it and push it closer to excellence. In group work, I like helping people lean into what they’re already good at so the whole team performs better.
I picked Positivity because I tend to bring an upbeat tone into most situations. In classes, clubs, and friendships, I’m often the one cracking a joke or reframing a setback so it feels manageable. This shows up in how I encourage others and celebrate small wins.
Strategic describes how my brain naturally looks for patterns and options. When I’m planning a schedule or solving a problem, I quickly see different routes and weigh which one makes the most sense. This helps me anticipate obstacles and keep projects moving forward.
I chose Woo because meeting new people genuinely excites me. I enjoy starting conversations, remembering names, and connecting people who might get along. This shows up in how I join new groups and make others feel welcomed.
The strength I most want to develop further is Strategic. I already see multiple paths, but I want to become more intentional about turning those ideas into clear plans with timelines and priorities.
